AddressDo you have previous project management/project administration experience? Do you have experience in a service, manufacturing, or technical environment?
We are currently looking for a Project Operations Support team member to join our Victorian team. This role will support the project management team to deliver on time, to spec and to budget customer projects and to assist in the development of efficiency improvements in reporting and documentation.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with the Project Operations Manager and additional stakeholders throughout the business on process implementation and execution quality
- Collect, analyse and present quality data associated with projects, and report on project outcomes
- Work with the Project Operations Manager and the wider project management team to ensure that team and business goals are met
- Develop, review and discuss variations to projects, scheduling and resources
- Update documentation and records in relation to projects within our project management system
- Assist in/run various meetings to ensure all internal stakeholders’ queries/problems are resolved
- Support continuous improvement activities and projects.
About you
As you will be liaising daily with internal and external customers, your personal skills are just as important as your technical skills and experience. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree qualification in project management / business
- Previous project management experience
- Experience in a service, manufacturing or technical environment
- The ability to effectively manage multiple, conflicting priorities whilst under pressure
- A strong customer focus, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000
