Description
The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at efficient and effective organisational support. This includes managing and coordinating calendars, ensuring timely travel arrangements for executives, and handling phone communications by screening calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Additionally, the position requires the ability to take detailed notes during meetings, book meeting rooms, and coordinate catering for various gatherings. General administrative duties such as filing and scanning documents are also part of the responsibilities, along with maintaining the overall tidiness of offices. Addressing correspondence promptly, sorting incoming mail into actionable categories, and creating presentations are integral tasks. The multifaceted nature of the position calls for a versatile skill set and a proactive approach to ensure seamless support for the organisation and its senior executives.
Profile
The executive assistant roles call for individuals who are highly organised, personable, flexible and agile. You will need to be comfortable conversing and interacting with a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will possess a proven ability to think on your feet and proactively find solutions to issues as and when they arise. In addition to this, the following skills are required:
- Have excellent interpersonal skills. You will be able to interact positively with a wide variety of stakeholders.

- Be highly organised, adept at managing multiple diaries and competing and changing priorities.
