Understand relevant legislation, administrative, financial, and policy frameworks to provide accurate advice.
Make decisions using good judgement, expertise, and knowledge with limited guidance.
Take responsibility for tasks and decisions, offering guidance and quality assurance to colleagues.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on policy, project, or operational matters.
Prepare correspondence and reports on routine and complex issues.
Assist in project delivery under the direction of senior staff.
Key Capabilities :
Ability to analyse information and provide concise, accurate advice tailored to the audience.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
Capable of working autonomously and within a dynamic team environment to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
Proven ability to achieve results, manage multiple priorities, and respond flexibly in a high-pressure environment.
