The Role
Responsibilities include managing sensitive information, ensuring compliance with privacy laws, policies, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Manage the retrieval and provision of electronic health records, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and policies
- Redact sensitive information from records as required by legislation and operational procedures
- Maintain the integrity and security of information and record management systems
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating within a team environment to fulfill health records requests efficiently
An ideal candidate would demonstrate a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong experience in health information management and electronic health records
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurate record redaction and compliance
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and maintain confidentiality in a dynamic environment
$40/hr - $48/hr + 11% Superannuation
