Senior Records Management Officer

Our valued client is seeking Records Management Officers for APS6 and EL1 level

Location: GREENWAY ACT 2900

Contract Type: Initial stage: 5months (july-Dec 2024) non ongoing labour hire contract with options to extend

Options to extend

The Entity may extend the Contract for a further period or periods, up to 6 months x 3 by providing written notice to the Service Provider

Flexible Work option: Flexible work will be permitted for up to 2 days per week

Job overview:

The Records Management officer is able to do:

• Analysis of a Records Management function.
• Development and documentation of current state of information and Records Management
• Development and documentation of governance arrangements to support information management, specifically Records Management
• Development of an information management strategy for Records Management
• Development and documentation of business requirements for enhancements to record management systems
• Development and enhancement of Records Management training material.
• Delivery of training
• Development of self-help materials for helpdesk and end users and contributing to the uplift of the APS capability in the Records Management team.
• Development of self-help materials for helpdesk and end users

Softwares:

• Experience in records and information management required
• Experience with an EDRMS required
