ABOUT THE JOB:

• Conduct Background Investigations: Perform background checks, including criminal history, employment, education, credit checks, and references.
• Analyse and Evaluate Information: Assess information to determine candidate suitability and identify potential security risks.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and maintain confidential records.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure procedures comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Communication: Collaborate with HR, legal, and other departments; communicate findings and recommendations.
• Continuous Improvement: Enhance vetting procedures and tools.

THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE:

• The ability to work with minimal supervision.
• The ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven experience in Personnel Security Vetting or background investigations.
• Proven experience in Personnel Security Vetting or background investigations.
