Administration advice and support, including facilities and property maintenance and reporting, security, information database and general correspondence.
Conduct site specific on boarding and mail processes.
Manage day-to-day management of operational requirements.
Support and assist staff development.
Facilitate and support meetings.
Contribute to team goals and outcomes.
Key capabilities of the role include:
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of facilities and property management services and activities is essential.
Sound project and time management skills.
Knowledge of procurement and contract management.
Well-developed decision-making skills.
Well-developed high level administrative service and support.
Proficiency in the use of contemporary computer applications, including database, spreadsheets, and word processing software.
High level communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships with internal and external customers, service providers and stakeholders.
Promote a culture of teamwork, leaning in and a positive outlook.
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and operating environment.
Ability to work effectively within a dynamic and responsive team environment to meet deadlines and ensure delivery against objectives.
