ABOUT THE JOB:
- Assist with the delivery and administration of digital learning solutions.
- Help manage the client Helpdesk including monitoring, trouble shooting and responding to support requests.
- Provide technical administrator support and advice to both business areas and general users of the department’s learning management system.
- Support the other priorities and deliverables of the team.
THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE:
- Experience operating a learning management system or providing system administration duties.
- Experience assisting with the delivery and administration of digital learning solutions.
- Helpdesk experience, including monitoring, troubleshooting and responding to support requests.
- Well-developed written communication skills and experience in communications roles, including in content creation, internet publishing, multimedia and social media.
- Experience in engaging with internal stakeholders and working effectively as part of a team.
- Experience supporting other priorities and deliverables of the team and branch more broadly.
