While working as part of the Strategic and Planning Division, the role will have direct exposure to and will work with the recently commenced Chief Executive of the Agency. It will involve being at the cutting edge of developing and implementing organisation wide strategic change initiatives.
This is a position of trust that requires sound judgement and exemplary levels of personal integrity, sensitivity, confidentiality, and discretion. The role will require someone with a strategic approach who brings a blend of enthusiasm, innovation, experience, and is willing to test traditional boundaries.

Your Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, a track record of delivering outcomes and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for candidates who are able to:
- Demonstrate their ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once, to a high standard, bringing energy and drive to progressing work with a commitment to getting the job done.
- Draw on their existing networks, build new productive working relationships, identify stakeholder needs, and develop relevant solutions.
- Envisage and drive strategic opportunities, improvement processes and identify opportunities to deliver value.
- Display the highest levels of communication and presentation and be familiar in liaising with Senior Executives within an organisation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance.
