Hourly rate: $56
Location: Kingston
Contract length: 5 months
The candidate must be an Australian citizen.
Role Summary:

• Lead the efficient delivery of the expeditioner training program, including implementation of business processes, administrative oversight of Expeditioner Support Officer(s).
• Consult with stakeholders to review learning materials and future operational capability requirements.
• Lead on continuous improvement through expeditioner feedback and operational learning to manage subsequent planning, scheduling, and communications accordingly.
• Consult with appropriate stakeholders to review learning materials, address future operational capability requirements, and facilitate the required learning outcomes for current and future training programs.
• Provide feedback on training performance (i.e., from training service providers) against agreed indicators, benchmarks, and budgets.

Knowledge and Experience

• Leadership, resilience, and adaptability as a change manager with proven ability to effectively deliver training program objectives.
• Competence in:

• INX-based Training Management Systems
• Financial & Personnel Management Systems (Technology One and Aurion)

• Competence in the following Microsoft Office applications: o SharePoint o Project o Excel o Word o PowerPoint o Outlook
• Experience performing as a member of a professional team within an operationally focussed environment, including supporting a harmonious work environment.

• the ability to analyse problems to:

• identify the remedy required, and
• consider preventative strategies to avoid recurrence.
