Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage an APS6 Program Development Coordinator.This position is located in their busy Hobart, TASoffice for an initial contract until the 28/06/2024.

Duties

• Consult with appropriate stakeholders to review learning materials, address future operational capability requirements, and facilitate the required learning outcomes for current and future
  training programs.
• Ensure compliance with all related WHS, legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Provide feedback on training performance
• Manage performance appraisals and champion professional development for direct reports.
• Effectively represent the Section on working groups, and in discussions and/or negotiations with
  stakeholders.
