Lead Educator

At Green Leaves Early Learning, we take pride in building innovative and sustainable learning environments in our state-of-the-art, purpose-built centres. 

We're looking for a Lead Educator to help lead and mentor our team in developing and delivering high-quality educational programs. Working alongside our friendly and supportive Centre Leadership Team, use your knowledge of the National Quality Standards to observe, review and continuously implement policies and procedures within the service.

In this role, you will oversee compliance and support the wider leadership team as you work across all five rooms within the service.  

You will:

• Plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
• Have experience and a passion for working within a float role, assisting as required across all age groups
• Use your leadership experience to mentor educators in meeting the high standards of compliance and documentation
• Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education qualification (or be actively working towards)
• Hold a Current WWCC
