Key Duties:
- Coordinates rehabilitation for all employees (compensable/non-compensable).
- Ensures safe return to work.
- Supports People Development, Support, and Inclusion team.
- Promotes early intervention and rehab processes.
- Manages all rehabilitation matters and escalates as needed.
- Complies with our client's Rehabilitation Management Systems.
- Advises on rehab, return to work, medical reviews, and HR matters.
- Ensures adherence to procedures and policies.
- Manages workplace rehab providers to standards.
- Promotes continuous improvement in injury and rehab management.
- Proficient in providing high-quality Performance Case management advice.
- Proficient in maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic records and filing systems for case notes.
- Strong organisational skills to strategically prioritise tasks based on risk and commitments, effectively managing workload.
- Ability to handle internal and external stakeholder relationships with professionalism and effectiveness.
