The Opportunity
Leverage new technology to develop organisationally aligned ICT strategies, achieve better regulation, and create value through innovation.
Reporting to the Assistant Director, Governance and Support, the Senior Program Support Officer, you will:
- Elicit Program information and data to develop reports, dashboards and other visual insights for Program governance and assurance
- Support the facilitation of Program level Agile rituals, including Program Increment Planning, Cost of Delay, and Program Retrospectives
- Manage the development of non-technical documentation, and the storage of both technical and non-technical documentation and other artefacts
- Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of vendor contracts
- Support the management of the program budget
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- The ability to identify opportunities for improvement, support the management of change, and inspire a sense of purpose and direction consistent with the client's values
- Demonstrated experience in a Program Support role or similar
- Demonstrated ability to help develop plans and to execute on those plans
