- Effectively engaging, negotiating, building on existing or creating new relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exercising strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Coordinating, collating, and drafting input for the Senior Executive, Minister and their office, Cabinet and Parliamentary briefings, and external enquiries.
- Managing related project risks and issues with the Director and Senior Executive, by identifying risks early and using appropriate mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Following finance and budget management processes, completing administration, and reporting tasks, including use of associated systems (such as SAP and Concur).
- Working with other team members and managing resources effectively.
- Ensure filing and administration of information records related to the section is appropriately managed.
- Participating in project management administration, including project reporting and procurement management of goods and services to support the project.
