This full-time position offers a flexible, hybrid work environment, ensuring a great work-life balance. While the role is based in Richmond or Geelong, some in-office time is required. Only Australian Citizens are eligible to apply.About the RoleThe Front Door and Corporate Publications team, as part of the division’s communication triage efforts, are responsible for managing the delivery of corporate documents like the Annual Report, Corporate Plan, Quarterly Reports and Annual Financial Sustainability Reports from drafting, to design and release.Additionally, the team is responsible for communications planning, including risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, supporting documentation, accessibility and content creation for internal and external channels. The team utilises policies, procedures and standards through a centralised governance function.Key Responsibilities
- Organization and Attention to Detail: Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Plain English and Accessibility: Championing plain English and ensuring all materials are accessible and align with agency style and branding guidelines.
- Leadership and Expertise: Leading by example as a trusted communications expert, assisting key internal stakeholders and business partners in achieving project objectives.
- Effective Messaging: Drafting clear, concise, and effective messaging for various audiences, including creating talking points and speeches.
- Communications Planning and Evaluation: Contributing to the development and delivery of communications plans, coordinating go-live materials, evaluating the impact of communications, and identifying future learnings to ensure project objectives are met.
