This role is a 12 month contract based opportunity with a high chance of renewal. A flexible, hybrid work environment ensures a great work-life balance - this is a Geelong based position and requires some time spent in office. This is a full time position open to Australian Citizens only.
About the Role
The Internal Communications Branch provides Strategic Communications advice to support the agency. They are responsible for development and implementation of multi-channel communications and engagement strategies to support key initiatives across the agency and tailor messaging to the right audience.
Responsibilities
- Championing plain English and ensure all collateral is accessible and aligns with the style and branding guidelines.
- Drafting clear, concise and effective messaging for different audiences, including creation of talking points and speeches.
- Contributing towards the development and delivery of different communications plans, progressing approvals and coordination of go-live collateral.
- Identifying and developing important internal stakeholder relationships, addressing and resolving any emerging challenges with stakeholders.
- Evaluating the impact of communications, identifying any future learnings and determining whether the identified objectives for each project have been achieved.
