Archicad Drafter - Project Home Builder

The Company:

A highly established volume home building company, due to continued growth is looking to hire an experienced ArchiCAD draftsperson to join their growing Drafting team.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

• Produce accurate working drawings for volume housing projects
• Ensure all work is completed within set time frames
• Ensuring conformance with necessary guidelines and Council requirements
• working closely with the Drafting team and Design team
• Experience with ArchiCad is essential
• Highly levels of accuracy
• Ability to work with a highly supportive and collaborative team environment
• Working closely with the designer

Role Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a drafter with a home building company. 
• Intermediate to Advanced level drafting experience using Archicad
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• A proven track record within the volume home building industry
• Strong team player
• Able to meet deadlines
