Our client, a premier Home Builder in the Goulburn and Yass regions, is actively seeking a Project Coordinator to join their award-winning team. This role is based in Goulburn and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the operational success of a rapidly expanding company known for its dedication to quality and community.
What You'll Bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management.
- Solid experience in project coordination, with a preference for backgrounds in custom building.
- Superior communication skills to ensure effective collaboration and interaction.
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and adapt to changing deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in data processing and numerical tasks.
- A resilient nature, capable of problem-solving under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Excel and the ability to work independently with integrity.
Your Role:
- Manage costings, quotes, and scheduling to kickstart construction projects seamlessly.
- Accurately calculate material and labor needs from plans and specifications.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate materials orders and create corresponding purchase orders.
- Conduct site visits, working alongside building supervisors and trades to ensure project requirements and material needs are met.
