About the role
The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for all stages of the design & documentation. Experience is essential as this role is being offered as a full-time position, however consideration will be made to suitable applicants looking for return to the workforce employment.
The key requirements & responsibilities for the role are:
- Producing architectural documentation to a high level of accuracy & detail for both Planning & Construction phases of a project.
- Correspond & liaise with Council, clients, certifier and consultants both verbally and in writing.
- Must be proficient & have extensive experience in AutoCAD and Revit for the production of all documentation.
- Thorough knowledge of building construction, NCC & applicable standards.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Attention to detail & the ability to work in a team and without supervision.
