KNOW THE ROLE

As an Area Manager based in Victoria, you'll oversee a selection of stores in regional VIC and Melbourne city. Your primary role is to provide leadership and guidance to store teams, driving retail profitability and enhancing customer experiences across Blue Illusion boutiques and concessions. You'll ensure performance metrics are met, foster efficiencies, and elevate productivity while embodying our brand ethos.

As the main point of contact for store managers and teams, you'll offer coaching, support, and strategic direction on store operations, including people and stock management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards. Leading by example, you'll cultivate a culture of empathy, authenticity, and motivation, inspiring teams to achieve success. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you'll serve as a key support across your assigned region.

- Inspire and motivate teams to achieve KPIs

- Develop management competencies across all stores

- Uphold brand directions and Visual Merchandising standards

- Manage wages within budget constraints

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through service excellence and product knowledge

- Implement best practice systems for retail operations

Successful Candidates Will Possess

- Previous regional/area management experience in fashion retail

- Drive, energy, and commitment to retail leadership

- A passion for leading, supporting, and motivating teams

- Strong communication and people management skills

- Ability to analyze financial data and store profits

- Willingness to travel locally and interstate

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
