Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of 7 stores in the brisbane and sunshine coast areas to embody our culture of gratitude, high standards, hard work, accountability, success, achievement, and celebration
- Travel between the 7 locations on a fortnightly roster
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment where team members feel valued, motivated, and empowered
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall performance across all stores
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing foot traffic, boosting sales, and expanding brand awareness
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and development
- Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation standards to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines
- Develop and implement training programs and resources to equip staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with senior management to set strategic goals, monitor performance metrics, and drive the company's overall success
Qualifications & Experience
- Passionate about our company
- Knowledge of our shoes and brands, such as Arches, Rieker, Remonte, Ara, Ivy-Z, Paso -29
- A demonstrated strong commitment to upholding high standards, accountability in building team culture
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of coaching and developing teams
- Demonstrated success in upholding and enforcing high standards of performance, visual merchandising, and operational excellence across multiple retail locations
- Displayed an exceptional work ethic, consistently going above and beyond to achieve results and exceed expectations
- Strong accountability mindset, taking ownership of outcomes and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate, inspire, and influence team members to achieve their full potential
