The Role:
Support, lead and direct stores within your designated area by ensuring business goals and policies are understood and applied by all team members.
Be responsible for the achievement of your areas sales, team performance, training, payroll & expense budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and guide store management teams to drive sales
- Lead, motivate and enhance the capacity of a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- To have an understanding of Company Polices and Procedures and to ensure these are adhered to with your stores
- Ensuring all stores are maintaining visual merchandising standards to maximise sales potential.
- Lead by example in the level of customer service required to enhance the image of the company.
- Recruiting and Developing the right people
- Support the Store Managers in fulfilling all store administration requirements
Ideally you will have:
- Exceptional people leader and motivator
- Demonstrated experience in multi-site retail management is ideal
- Decision making capabilities backed by strong numerical and analytical ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed influencing and relationship management skills
- A drive for success and continuous improvement
