The exciting news is that we’re growing! So, Nugan Estate is looking to expand our existing sales team. With a strong focus on the values of quality, service and commitment, our company is seeking an experienced and professional Area Manager to support our business in its next growth phase in Australia.
The Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this position will be instrumental in continuing to build quality distribution of the Nugan Estate portfolio within established & new territory areas including the CBD & Eastern Suburbs. Key responsibilities are:
- Use strong sales and negotiation skills to build, maintain and grow existing customer relationships and distribution.
- Manage an existing territory within an established call cycle.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities for conversion and develop long term relationships.
- Implement and support a wide variety of promotional activations and sales initiative programs.
- Maintain a strong customer-centric focus.
- Achieve and exceed set Sales Targets and Budgets.
- Conduct consumer tastings and other associated promotional activities.
The Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have high energy levels, a passion for wine, and will possess two or more years sales experience in a wine sales, FMCG or hospitality related environment. You will be an ambitious self-starter with a ‘can-do’ approach who is highly organised and can take this dynamic company to the next level.
