The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Area Manager to join our team to take responsibility for managing profitability and performance of approx. 11-15 of our stores across Brisbane South and central Gold Coast.
We are looking for someone who is results focused and will help set and drive targets, coach our store managers and look for opportunities for business growth. This is a hands-on and fast paced role that will see you leading your teams from the front and will report directly into the Queensland State Manager.

What are you accountable for?
Motivating and guiding Store Managers to drive sales.
Ensure efficient operation of stores within your area, including KPI’s, stock levels, wages and shrinkage.
Coach and mentor Store Managers to develop and maintain high performing teams.
Ensure all stores are maintaining visual merchandising standards to maximise sales potential.
Recruiting and developing the right people.
Understand and ensure Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to within your stores.

What will make you successful:
Demonstrated experience in an Area Manager role for an apparel retailer.
Previous experience managing a portfolio of at least 8-10 sites in high-volume stores.
Have an empowering leadership style.
A thorough understanding of KPI’s.
Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record of delivering results.
Passionate about people, team development and our customers.
Outstanding relationship building skills.
Solution-focused & creative problem solver
Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.
Full Australian Drivers Licence
