We are looking for a commercially savvy, inspirational and experienced sales and business development professional to join our team in driving operational excellence and optimising service standards across 7 stores in NSW.
Reporting to the Franchisee owners, this is a business-critical role, responsible for driving sales across the 3 pillars of the business; Retail, Salon and Piercing. You will be working with store managers, salon managers and team members including retailers, hairdressers and piercers in a fast paced environment.
The role will involve:
Analysing and making recommendations to managers on each stores sales and KPIs to ensure each stores sales forecasts are met across Retail, Salon and Piercing.
Analysing and monitoring stock levels, stock management and procurement to meet benchmarks for business profitability and ensuring team are trained in these processes.
Planning and executing regular social media updates to build followers and encourage positive feedback.
Identifying and executing opportunities to continually improve both Managers and Teams competencies in sales skills, customer experience and merchandising.
Educating and monitoring the team’s compliance to Hairhouse policies, creating skill development journeys through the Hairhouse Training programs.
Develop strategies to overcome obstacles and business challenges.
Coach and mentor store managers in HR matters to increase team member retention.
Implement Hairhouse HR processes to increase staffing retention and well being.
Building rapport with suppliers and organise regular training with team.
Lead monthly meetings, training, focus sessions with managers.
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, the ideal candidate will have:
3 years’ plus experience with a Retail, Salon or Supplier business managing a territory with multiple locations (Franchise experience is favourable)
Demonstrated success in sales uplift and profit growth
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exposure to high volume visual merchandising and stock management
Ability to build and maintain great relationships with the skills to coach and mentor teams
Ability to work autonomously as well as a team player who thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment
