Come and join the Evergreen-Searles Sales team managing a wide territory Victoria, SA and Tasmania providing A1 relationship management, training, and customer service to IHG (Mitre10) and our other garden retailers, whilst growing the gardening category further through existing and new customers.

What will you be responsible for?
- Maintain regular territory call cycle & high merchandising standards
- Build and enhance strong business relationships with current and new customers
- Conduct in-store product training sessions
- Manage budgets and KPI’s including managing store stock holdings
- Assist in executing Head Office arranged promotions at store level and gain maximum exposure for brands via off location displays.
- Participate in trade expo and consumer garden shows as required
- Maintain and measure accurate customer records in the CRM system
About you
- You will understand our retail customers and be keen to further grow your career in the sales force
- Ideally, you have experience in field sales and merchandising with experience servicing in the FMCG, Hardware and/or Garden industry
- Discipline and motivation to work autonomously, with the ability to prioritise your workload
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills and can present to small groups
- You have strong attention to detail and able to analyse sales data
- You have sound computer skills and are proficient with Microsoft Office
- You possess a full vehicle driver's licence with an excellent driving history
- Ability to travel on a regular basis
