JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate will be very comfortable working with our customers, partners, sales, and the extended marketing functions in Hotelbeds, to execute high quality marketing initiatives. You will have experience of delivering highly successful campaigns to SMEs and large enterprise customers and working closely with sales & supply teams on joint go-to-market initiatives. A good knowledge of business-to-business marketing, within the technology sector, is crucial.

The Area Marketing Manager, APAC, role is central to our go-to-market efforts in the APAC region. Your mission is to align Hotelbeds goals with the regional business needs and translate those into a consistent, effective, and scalable marketing plan that will generate the thought leadership, awareness, and demand to support the growth of Hotelbeds’ business in the region. The role partners closely with Commercial leadership. A key part of your role will be to champion global, regional, and local country business priorities and ensure they are reflected in our Marketing plan design and deliverables. You will be involved in both the strategy and execution of APAC´s Marketing programs.

This diverse role in a fast-paced working environment will require you to be adaptable, learn fast and be proactive in helping your team-mates wherever possible.

LOCATION

This position will be preferably based in Australia and home based reporting to the Head of Marketing in the APAC and MEAI directly, within the Marketing and Digital Presence department.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with the Head Marketing in the APAC and other regional leaders to define the marketing strategy for the region.

Act as Marketing business partner to the commercial leadership.

Represent local needs, market insights & knowledge within the wider APAC region and Global Marketing team making sure that within the global content the APAC needs are reflected.3.

Increase the visibility of Hotelbeds and its senior leaders in the region, through organic and paid efforts, collaborating closely with the Global Marketing Team and PR.

Develop and execute the marketing plan for the region, based on the business goals.

Manage daily operations of marketing efforts for the region: craft compelling messages along with content creation team, develop powerful campaigns, and continuously optimize performance.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Hotelbeds´ product and services suite throughout the APAC region.

Implement innovative demand generation programs across multiple channels to accelerate business growth.

Be the voice of our customers. Develop ideal customer profiles for target audiences in each new commercial market and understand their pain points and purchasing behaviors.
