This role is focused on development and growth of Fleet sales volume and profitability for Central Region

 Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities 

  • Build fleet plan based on product strengths, industry trends and brand position.
  • Achieve business plan goals and objectives on assigned customer fleet accounts. 
  • Create sales and pricing strategies that will successfully conquest target fleet accounts. 
  • Serve as primary representative of SAIC to specified customers responding promptly to requests for assistance and information for all disciplines. 
  • Engage appropriate Dealership Managers, Regional Managers and internal resources to ensure appropriate cultivation, closure, and follow-up of transactions.
  • Take appropriate actions to maintain and grow customer relationship and accounts.
  • Able to manage all stakeholders including Dealerships, Corporate customers and end user. High customer visitation required across all sectors.

  • Self-motivated and exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Able to create relevant and engaging customer proposals that are of value to both the Company and the customer, specifically related to profitability. 
  • High analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of achievement, plus the ability to contribute and work in a team environment.
  • Medium to advanced Microsoft Office, business and reporting skills 
  • The ability to travel.
