Hawkesbury Brewing Co is one of Australia's largest independent alcohol manufacturer's and we are looking for a true sales all-rounder, to fill the role of Area Sales Manager - Greater Brisbane / Central Queensland (Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Bundaberg, Emerald, Winton, ect).
Reporting directly to the QLD & NT State Sales Manager,
- Time Management - The role is 'on the road' selling and account management of independent bottle shops and on-premise pubs, bars, restaurants.
- KPI's - Work towards our overarching business KPI’s including sales and distribution, executing brand plans, and maximizing promotions all to achieve the territory budget. Execute plans within Independent Retailers, On-Premise Partners and National Chain Customers
- Business Development - Securing new business as well as support our existing relationships with growth
- Advocacy - You will complete tastings / product sampling session's during work hours, during the week.
- Travel - The territory covers a regional part of Central QLD and will require a regional trip every 6-12 weeks pending business activity and objectives (all travel expenses will be covered).

The successful applicant will be -
- A true salesman, a hunter, someone who will put in the effort and be rewarded for those efforts
- Well Planned: the ability to create trusted relationships by maintaining frequency of customer contact. Be efficient with their time and sales reporting (excel).
- Be able to work under pressure and deliver monthly KPI's & budgets.
- Work autonomously, highly motivated with great interpersonal skills.
- Be a fast learner that's passionate about selling, and 'won't take NO for an answer'.
- Have a great eye for detail
- Experience in alcohol or beverage sales is welcomed but not essential - transferable skills desired: alcohol retail, hospitality, customer service or sales.
- Have an Australian Drivers License
The role has a base salary + incentives/commissions + super + FMCV, iPad & iPhone. Opportunity to increase the base salary pending performance against budget.
