The Opportunity
Join our team as a Territory Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in driving growth and success in Queensland. We are flexible to where you will be based within QLD. You'll have the chance to showcase your sales expertise, exceeding targets while developing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Rapidly acquire in-depth product knowledge with support from subject matter experts.
- Utilize technical sales expertise to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Implement a balanced approach to territory management, combining proactive sales hunting with nurturing existing accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new business development, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Effectively utilize CRM tools for territory planning, time management, and client communication.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the designated region, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in professional sales, consistently surpassing targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong territory management abilities and strategic planning capabilities.
- Technical sales proficiency and aptitude for capital sales.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Engineering preferred.
- Experience in the pumping industry preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the designated region.
