They exclusively sell a broad spectrum of confectionary, snacks foods and beverages, handpicked from some of the worlds leading manufacturers such as the USA, Canada & Europe. They typically sell to a variety of business that include (but isn't limited to):
- Discount variety stores
- Confectionary stores
- Local independent to national retail stores

OPPORTUNITY
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, the Territory Manager will play a pivotal role in managing an assigned customer portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Regularly maintain and update company CRM
- Achieving monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Conducting daily customer interactions, including order placement and resolution of inquiries.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
CANDIDATE
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Preferably FMCG sales experience, coupled with a solid understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Previous experience in territory or customer base management preferred, although individuals transitioning from Corporate Grocery Merchandising are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of merchandising methods and visual presentation skills is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in CRM management, route planning, and effective prioritization.
