YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Creative Services Manager, the Art Director, sits within our in-house creative services team and is responsible for concept idea generation, developing strategic and visual brand solutions, and seeing the design process through from conception to execution.

The Art Director is responsible for overseeing the overarching brand style guide and the look and feel of all creative assets for the brand. They will liaise and build relationships with key stakeholders at senior and director level, both internally and externally. Working closely with the Head of Brand and Chief Marketing Officer, they will be part of the final sign-off at key project stages but will have the autonomy to run projects. They will collaborate with and oversee the creative output from the creative team.

Additionally, the Art Director will immerse themselves in campaign development and rollout across all communication touchpoints including digital platforms, print, POS, experiential.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

• Experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role (ideally in a fashion retail environment)
• Previous graphic design experience acquired via an in-house role, graphic design studio, advertising or branding agency
• Exceptional design skills, eye for content quality, high attention to detail
• Excellent creative and artistic presentations skills
• Experience in developing digital creative designs and layouts
• Thinks creatively to produce innovative ideas and on brand concepts and ensure brand consistency
• Ability to produce high-quality artwork within tight timeframes
• Finished art skills, creative typographic and crafting skills
• Brand rollout (adhering to brand style guide and campaign look and feel)
• Knowledge of design fundamentals and principles
