Asco Team Leader

• Lead a team of Assessing Coordinators to support getting our customers back on the road.
• Eagle Farm (Brisbane) 2 days per week and work from home

You will lead a team of Assessing Coordinators ensuring high delivery and timely support for motor claims assessments, working closely with assessors, repairers and other providers.
What you'll do

• Proactively manage the ASCO WIP and workflow to improve customer outcomes and claim management.
• Workforce planning including allocating and managing workflows within the team.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the team including people, risk and financials.
• Monitoring tasks and providing daily updates to team members ensuring targets are met.
• Managing repairer requirements and providing support in the processing of claims.
• Implementing process improvements that will generate efficiencies, drive productivity, and improve quality.
• Managing team compliance to enhance effectiveness, mitigate risk and meet regulatory obligations.
• Supporting the effective management of event claims.
• Leading and coaching a customer focused, agile and highly engaged team to deliver desired performance outcomes against agreed business objectives.
• Creating and sustaining a unified and engaged team culture.
• Leading a culture of innovation by proactively reviewing systems and processes including recommending solutions at team and department level.
• Leading by example and drive a strong culture around safety and wellbeing and continuous improvement.

• High level organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work from several different directions and manage workflow proactively.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
