Join us as we seek dynamic individuals to fill multiple roles across various departments. We are currently recruiting for temporary assignments ranging from ASO level 1 through 6 in the following positions:

ASO Payroll Officers

As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, compliance with relevant regulations, and providing support to employees regarding payroll inquiries.

ASO Accounts Payable Officers

In this role, you will manage the accounts payable function, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and coordinating payments to suppliers in a timely manner while adhering to established policies and procedures.

ASO Accounts Receivable Officers

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of incoming payments, chasing outstanding debts, and reconciling accounts to ensure timely collection of revenues owed to the government.

ASO Finance Officers

Finance Officers will play a key role in supporting various financial processes within the department, including budget preparation, financial reporting, and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.

Required:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a government or corporate environment, demonstrating at a minimum a strong foundation of administrative and computer literacy.
• Thorough understanding of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
• Knowledge of relevant software and systems, and confidence in troubleshooting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
• Resilience and commitment to contracts, positive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Duration: Temporary assignments with varying lengths based on departmental needs.

Location: Adelaide CBD
