Join HOBAN Recruitment in the dynamic role of Customer Service Officer. This is a temporary position with an initial assignment from April 1, 2024, to June 28, 2024, with the potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent Customer Service to internal and external stakeholders.
Respond to inquiries via phone, face-to-face, and email.
Assist with administrative duties, including data entry and report preparation.
Contribute to efficient information and records management.
Build positive relationships with peers, staff, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
Strong Customer Service and communication skills.
Organised, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
Experience in handling high-volume customer inquiries.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
