Aboutthe role

TheDiversity, Equity and Inclusion Project Officer leads thesuccessful delivery of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion projects andassociated actions, relevant to the SA Housing Authority, withapplication of a program management approach.

The Diversity,Equity and Inclusion Project Officer will leverage networks andpartnerships, to enable a contemporary approach to Diversity,Equity and Inclusion, to build knowledge, and capability, throughembedding strong human resource management and workforce planningprinciples.

SelectionCriteria:

• Demonstrated ability in program / project management skills that take ideas to successful outcomes.
• A passion for embracing the unique blend of knowledge, skills and perspectives different people bring to an organisation.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles, and experience in providing solutions based on business acumen, contemporary practice and organisational fit.
• Demonstrated ability to produce a range of complex business correspondence and reports presenting clear, factual and relevant information based on knowledge, research and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the demonstrated ability to network and partner with others to seek opportunity and influence change.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience writing and reviewing policies and procedures and providing recommendations through a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion lens.
• Demonstrated understanding of the core principles of human resource management, and how this enables Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion outcomes.

$97,022 -$102,626 (ASO6)
