About the role
The Project Officer will provide administrative, business, and project support to the Development Director, Senior Development Managers, and other relevant project staff across projects set across vibrant inner-city destination including Bowden, Prospect and the Adelaide CBD. This includes researching, reporting, providing advice, coordinating, and monitoring minor tasks/projects that support the delivery of the Medium Density and Built Form projects within the precinct.
The role will gain experience and exposure throughout the business by participating in a broad range of activities and providing project, policy, and business support services that contribute to the achievement of Renewal SA's strategic priorities.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- The management and coordination of project governance meetings including providing a responsive and appropriate first point of contact and referral service to a range of internal and external customers.
- Liaising with consultants, stakeholders, contractors, other government agencies, industry, and the community in the development and implementation of projects
- Developing, reviewing, monitoring, and maintaining project reporting databases, and associated systems, templates and processes to support project reporting and management processes.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking a person with two+ years of project support experience, including tracking and planning projects. A proven ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-project environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, problem solving, and excellence will be essential.
The ideal candidate will have well-developed communication skills and a genuine drive and passion to work as part of a cohesive team.
