The Senior Manager, Community Housing Partnerships is accountable for providing strategic leadership and relationship management related to the Community Housing sector in South Australia. Through facilitating operations and growth, including development activity consistent with contractual arrangements between government and Community Housing organisations.
Engaging key stakeholders as they relate to partnership arrangements, funding, service delivery, policy and sector development and reform initiatives, the role also provides effective leadership to ensure the Housing Partnerships team delivers quality account management services, effectively facilitates development projects to be undertaken by the Community Housing sector, and ensures effective risk and contract management in support of the Authority’s Our Housing Future 2020-2030 strategy.
Special Conditions
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
Role Status
Long term contract up to 2 March 2026.
Requirements
Desirable - Relevant tertiary qualifications.
