Australian Venue Co. operates a diverse portfolio of iconic bars, restaurants, hotels, and pubs throughout Australia and New Zealand, with an uncompromising commitment to excellent customer service. Due to expansion and growth, we are seeking an Asset Coordinator with a specific skillset in hospitality or asset management to join our Melbourne-based Facilities team.
The Asset Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects related to asset management within Australian Venue Co., including maintaining the asset register, overseeing replacements, repairs, warranty claims, and managing landlord assets. This role ensures effective communication and coordination to meet the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an up-to-date asset register, ensuring accurate asset tagging and detailed asset history records.
- Provide guidance to venues on equipment replacement decisions versus repair options.
- Ensure purchases align with preferred equipment ranges and assist in managing the preferred equipment catalogue.
- Manage warranties and ensure proper handling of breakdowns during the warranty period.
- Oversee landlord asset management and maintain effective communication regarding these assets.
