Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asset Finance broker to join our team. The person must have Asset Finance experience, attention to detail, analytical skills and be results/goal focused. 

This is a full time - Monday to Friday role based within the dealership. 

Responsibilities

• Working directly with a sales team and company owners, you will be taking applications for finance, submitting credit submissions to our panel of lenders (approx. 30 Banks/Finance companies) and signing loan documentation and settlements. 
• Identifying companies that warrant applications for facilities/lines of credit.
• Building a pipeline of business approvals - staying one step ahead.
• Reporting to the Managing Director weekly via sales reports and providing monthly overviews on all business to hand. 
• Working within a team of 3 existing finance staff at the dealership, you will have full support as well as Document/settlement support on hand to assist with the volume of deals. 

Requirements

• A minimum of Cert 4 in Finance Broking and Mortgage Broking.
• Ability to work with word/excel spreadsheets and proficient typing skills
• Ability to analyse a set of financials and understand what is required to complete a credit submission. 
• An understanding of company/family trust structures.
• Attendance in the office is required Monday through Friday.
