This role will require a strong work ethic, great administration and communication skills and the drive to get the clients the best possible outcome. The successful candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work, ensures all compliance is adhered to and works well in a team environment.
The Role:
- Working closely with the Senior Finance Broker on finance deals
- Processing loan applications from the submission stage to the settlement within the required timeframe.
- Liaising via email and phone with our clients, lenders, solicitors, accountants, valuers, builders and other stakeholders.
- Deliver the highest level of client service and ensuring the best suitable solutions for our clients.
- Reviewing each loan application to verify that all supporting documents are available, accurate, and completed per requirements.
- Compiling and uploading information required for loan applications to lender systems for review
- Prospecting for new business
- A strong interest in financial services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and be good at administration
- Previous finance experience would be advantageous
