The role
The Broker Support Officer, will be responsible for providing First-Class experience to our brokers by supporting the Business Development Managers.
This is a great stepping stone for anyone wanting to progress into a BDM long term or anyone that has worked in the Asset Finance space and wants a new opportunity.
What you will be doing
- Processing the sales component of Resimac Accreditations for the Resimac Asset Finance Broker channel
- Ensure a smooth and efficient pathway for applications through each stage
Assist in training brokers in Resimac Asset Finance credit policies and front-end origination systems - Provide constant follow up internally to ensure Resimac Asset Finance is meeting its overall SLA’s to brokers
- Provide technical support through scenario assistance / product guidance to brokers to a high standard and on a timely basis to ensure high quality
service focused outcomes - Keep abreast of and assist brokers and BDM’s with any issues in relation to loan applications
- Assist BDM’s with general admin in relation to the Sales function
- Provide support to BDM’s to ensure they are able to effectively spend their
time in the field - Provide a conduit and source for BDM’s to check in and follow up on
transactions for brokers
Who you are
Our ideal candidate will be someone with:
- Previous Asset Finance experience or financial services experience
- Previous experience in a sales administration type role
- Excellent customer service skills - You aren't afraid to pick up the phone
- The ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team but can also work independently
- Your good with systems and comfortable learning new technology
- You will be organised and know how to prioritise
