OTE $188,800 +
Base + Super + Uncapped Commission (Paid monthly)

We assist business owners and ABN holders in transportation, construction, earthmoving, farming, forestry, mining, and other professional services across Australia in securing low-cost financing for new or used trucks, trailers, business vehicles, machinery, and equipment. The Job:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled commercial asset Finance Broker ready to advance in their career. You will be handling commercial asset finance deals for various loan amounts ranging from $20K to $5M. If you excel in a start-up environment, enjoy assisting people, and consistently exceed sales goals while building long-term connections with clients, lending partners, and referral partners, this role is perfect for you.
- Contacting qualified leads by phone, email, and SMS to take an online application
- Identifying your client’s business and their needs and using your expertise to find the best solution to give them a great experience: We have access to over 60+ banks and non-bank lenders
- Gather supporting documents, prepare and submit finance applications in a compliant manner in line with the lender guidelines
- See the client through the whole loan journey, from initial call through to settlement
- Making sure clients receive follow-up calls after settlement to ensure their satisfaction and foster a life-long business relationship
- Manage your sales pipeline to ensure revenue targets are achieved
- Making cold calls to find new clients (our CRM has over 16,000 established businesses; you don't have to look for any yourself; we provide you a list of businesses to target).
- Establish strong referral relationships with accountants, dealerships and your clients
- Build relationships with your management and coworkers so that we can all support each other and work together to reach our collective goals
Every day, we finance the following types of equipment (but not limited to):
- Transportation equipment: Trucks, trailers and busses
- Construction equipment: Excavators, bulldozers, cranes, graders, skid steers, telehandlers, etc.
- Farming equipment: Tractors, harvesters, balers, etc.
- Forestry equipment: Feller bunchers, grinders, log loaders, tree harvesters, wood chippers, etc.
- Mining equipment: Drill rigs, crushers, shotcrete machines, breakers, haulers, etc.
- Manufacturing equipment: CNC machine, conveyers, packaging machines, etc.
- Medical equipment
- Hospitality equipment
Must Have:
- 1+ years of experience in Asset Finance is required (can read financials and write full-doc deals)
- Excellent communication and relationship skills (phone, writing and in person)
- Ability to work independently and work on multiple apps under pressure
- Ability to effectively manage a sales pipeline: time management, multi-tasking, managing diverse clients at various points in their loan journey
- Out of the box thinking
- High attention to detail
- Strong focus on exceeding sales targets
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and competitive (hungry to win!)
- General computer skills (CRM knowledge is helpful)
- Someone who is excited to get out there and make things happen.
