Your role
This is a unique opportunity to join the Intermediated Insurance Australia (IIA) Finance team to drive financial strategy, cost management and provide oversight across IIA Initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Technology and Transformation Office to ensure that financial objectives are aligned with programmatic goals.
This is a permanent role open to candidates in anywhere in Australia.
About You
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, preferably in a program or project management environment.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
