AddressOur client is an established & specialist real estate fund manager, with a strong investment and asset management thesis. Since inception they have successfully developed, invested and divested across Core Plus and Value Add assets in Australia.
The Role
You will be responsible for the profitable, safe and efficient operation, financial, capital management of a commercial portfolio whilst setting key asset strategy. There will be focus on maximizing a property's return on investment and accurate reporting on all key metrics to stakeholders.
Main responsibilities include:
- Managing major lease transactions & setting lease parameters for renewals/leases.
- Oversight and control of the outsourced property management functions.
- Provide senior tenant interface to major tenant relationships.
- Manage leasing agents, property managers, deployment of capital expenditure plans.
- Develop the life cycle of assets - Integrating long term strategies with short term delivery.
- Ensure life cycle and ESG strategies are aligned.
This opportunity would suit a candidate that holds ideally 6+ years’ experience in asset management / property analytics with experience in driving a range of initiatives. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of process improvement and be solution focused as well as looking to join a high performing and at times, fast paced team.
