The Asset Strategy Coordinator leads a small technical team in the continuous improvement and delivery of Council’s Strategic Asset Management Plans and Asset Information Management Systems. The role is responsible for coordinating asset inspections and leading routine reporting functions for asset capitalisations and fair valuations.
To be successful in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and you will have a sound understanding of asset management principles gained through your experience managing Asset Strategy and information in a Local Government context.
