We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Strategy Coordinator to play a pivotal role in implementing and activating our clients Asset Management Strategy. Key Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing Asset Management strategies
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams and external stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in enterprise Asset Management systems
- Demonstrated expertise in long-term modeling, forecasting, and risk management
- Lead the implementation of Council's Asset Management Policy and Strategy
- Ensure timely updates to Asset Management planning documents in line with reporting requirements
- Oversee asset accounting compliance and contribute to the Works Improvement Program
- Maximize grant funding opportunities to enhance community services
- Coordinate the preparation and review of Council Plans and Strategies
- Drive a customer-centric approach through stakeholder engagement and satisfaction surveys
- Align with Council's values and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Provide leadership and positive feedback to achieve business and operational objectives
- Engage collaboratively with team members to set and achieve performance metrics
Remuneration and benefits
The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement and Managerial Staff Agreement.
