Your Challenge
You will be managing a dynamic team of 6 direct reports.
You have a strong understanding of asset and equipment management, a sharp attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
You thrive on identifying the root cause, have a natural flair for stakeholder engagement, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be dedicated to crafting internal processes that streamline operations and prioritise delivering exceptional experiences for both internal teams and external customers.
Your role involves spearheading the development of Asset Strategy for contracted maintenance and repair services, working closely with internal departments. You'll oversee fleet and financial performance under the Construction Industry Fit Fleet Customer Value Agreements (CVA), ensuring seamless operational execution.
The role will have a healthy dose of variety. You will drive continuous improvement while reducing admin tasks and creating greater efficiencies.
You will expertly navigate the complexities of contract initiation, enrolment, implementation, and execution. Your team will also serve as the go-to specialist on equipment and contract management, ensuring that all customer-owned CAT assets are functioning at their best so customers can achieve their earthmoving goals.

About you
You’re a self-starter who leads by example. You have a natural flair for customer service and a keen interest in marketing.
Ideally, you've had experience in a similar role in the past, but if you're ready to embrace new challenges and elevate your career, we want to hear from you.
You will hold a degree in engineering or a trade qualification with a keen analytical brain.
