We are a small team of senior maintenance professionals who support heavy industry maintenance and engineering leaders to scope and implement their annual asset management improvement projects. We work together within a team first environment, supporting each other to deliver projects successfully for a group of Tier 1 mining and energy clients. Qualifications & experience
- Electrical or mechanical trade or Engineering background in heavy industry
- Maintenance planner, reliability, or business improvement experience updating maintenance activities and plans in an ERP system
- Project management or leadership experience
- Experience managing and updating databases and systems with large quanities of maintenance master data
- Ability to influence and collaborate as part of a wider team
Tasks & responsibilities
- Project lead or team member role available, for an initial 6 month period with potential to extend over multiple years for the right candidates
- Work closely with site personnel to package refreshed maintenance strategies into routes and standard jobs in Ellipse, in line with agreed grouping rules, across 30 facilities
- Quality check maintenance task asset assignment, order, resources, isolation plan, next due dates, with facilitiy team members
- Manage large quantities of strategy and master data as part of the CMMS (Ellipse) and EAM (strategy optimiser) packaging updates.
- Manage the schedule, cost and quality of the facility packaging plan.
